RETURNS AND SHIPPING
CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS
If you contact us prior to shipping we will accept order cancellations. We accept returns only within the first 7 days after you have received the item(s) and only so long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s).
If you have a defective or damaged item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will need photos of the damaged item as well as the shipping box or package.
We are often able to make repairs at no cost. Please contact us and we will discuss available options.
The majority of items will ship from Boise, Idaho via standard post (USPS), unless you choose Express shipping at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
You can track your order through the USPS website https://www.usps.com/ or your local post office website. Note that tracking generally only updates once a package has cleared customs in the destination country.
