Chunky green pottery ring, made of genuine sea pottery found on a beach in Portugal. If only sea pottery could tell us its story of where it came from. This is a nice big chunk of pottery, electroformed in pure copper. Size 9, could be stretched up 1/2 a size.
Sea pottery is much like sea glass, after being tossed around in the ocean for decades it washed up on shore. With the broken edges softened by time being tossed around in the waves and sand, it is a nice reminder that what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. I love using sea pottery and sea glass in my designs because it is a form of upcycling.
